Shipping

Orders leave Jingdezhen twice a week. Europe and North America usually arrive in 7–12 working days; the rest of the world in 10–18. Tracking is sent when the parcel is packed.

Complimentary worldwide shipping over $150. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Candles and ceramics travel in moulded pulp, double-boxed.

Returns

Unused objects can be returned within 30 days; write first and we will send the address nearest you. If glass or ceramic arrives damaged, send a photograph and we will replace it — no return required.

Candles that have been burned cannot be returned, but tell us if the scent is not what you expected. We would rather find you the right one.

A few quick answers

Do you ship outside the US and EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Jingdezhen. Duties and local taxes are calculated at checkout where possible; if they are not, they are collected by the carrier on delivery.

How long does a candle last?

The 9 oz candle burns for 50–60 hours, the 13 oz for 75–85, depending on wick trimming and draughts. Burn no longer than four hours at a time.

Can I visit the studio?

The workshop is not open to the public, but we host two open days a year in Jingdezhen. Write to be added to the list; the next one is in spring.
